This title has an especially good link.  It gave me goosebumps.  Though it is 19 minutes long, it is worth listening to.  Plus, you don't really have to watch it either-so just put it on in the background as you listen. 

Life isn't about proving yourself to others.  It's about self-improvement, and proving to yourself  that you CAN do things.
